Job Opening: Registered Nurse

Immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner or BSN; needed to manage a new start-up health center at the Navajo Lutheran Mission in Rock Point, Arizona. Join us in establishing a health care and education center for the Navajo of the Rock Point community!

Must have a BSN (5 years experience preferred, and some public health nursing); Nurse Practitioner preferred; Supervisory and management experience is a plus; Knowledge and or interest in herbal remedies and Navajo health issues helpful.

Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and within a different cultural setting in a somewhat isolated area. Willing to travel within the community and also go to meetings/workshops within Arizona. Good organizational skills and commitment to the mission of the Navajo Lutheran Mission are a must.
